The wellness activity organized by MPAC Basketball Academy, led by REECOR LIVFITT, was hugely successful in augmenting the holistic wellbeing of its spirited young basketballers. The emphasis on physical fitness, mental health and nutrition provided a great opportunity to empower participants with helpful tools for greater performance and improved wellness in general. With REECOR LIVFITT’s expertise and guidance, the players were motivated to foster discipline, self-reliance and personal nurturing, aiding them in their quest for progress both on the court and off.
