The weight-loss question has been central to the breakfast debate for years. It completely depends on individual body types. Some feel hungry in the morning whereas some do not. All that matters in the weight loss and inch loss regime is, calories in versus calories out. So as long as this equation is taken care of, breakfast or no breakfast doesn’t make a huge difference.
