Don’t leave it to chance! is a motto that I believe in, hard work is the key to success. A combination of hard work and the right tools to back it up, only brings about the finest results.
Life is demanding and the only way to stand up tall, is to be prepared.
A few years ago, just like any typical woman, I found myself being consumed by life itself. Being a woman you often need to wear many hats, being a wife, and a mother often got the lion’s share of me. Indulged with my responsibilities, I found a part of ‘Me’ fading away, not being able to be ‘Me’ seemed to be sucking the air out of my lungs.
I started to find myself struggling with things that once upon a time seemed simple enough to not give it a thought! I was lucky that maturity brought about sensibility.
At this point, I had already learned that doing the wrong things (personal neglect of self-care) in life, never ever got you the right results.
I wanted to do something to make me feel ‘Me’ again; feel the way any normal healthy individual would feel!
So, taking matters into my own hands, I joined a gym (the typical trend for beginners, seeking to improve their health and fitness levels).
Now, all pumped, enthusiastic and excited, I was about to find out another crucial lesson from life. Doing the right things in the wrong manner could make things even worse!
I got myself standing on the wrong side of the fitness spectrum. Without losing hope, I held on my goal and keeping the enthusiasm alive, I made up my mind that I was going to dive deep and this time around, I was sure to nail it from the first moment forward.
I started to get active slow (at a pace that suited my body) and on the parallel, I got myself all the necessary education and certifications that needed to set me off on my road to self-improvement.
As the saying goes, you do anything dedicatedly for 21 days; you would no longer need to convince yourself for the 22nd, the 23rd or any day after that. It was a journey; there was sweat pain, excitement, passion, dedication, and the WANT to be ‘Me’ again. It’s been six years now and I cannot start to explain the difference this change has brought to my life mentally, physically, emotionally and most importantly it has made me a better mom, wife, and friend!
Early Stages
I started as yoga trainer and getting more and more close with people who came for yoga classes, I saw that it might not be all I can do for them. Then I started thinking about elaborating my own complex lifestyle program. I already had a bunch of ideas – so it started swiftly.
Career Start
With my medical degree in endocrinology I was able to smartly combine yoga techniques together with correct nutrition recommendations and come up with a neat program that would improve self-comprehension of many people struggling with their weight problems and overall dissatisfaction.
My clients – people are diverse,
but one thing unites all: an active position in life.
